Lowcedout Streetwear is an online streetwear brand based in Christchurch, New Zealand. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect once published on the website.

2. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability.
  
• Colours, images, and product representations are displayed as accurately as possible, however screen displays may vary slightly.
  
• Lowcedout Streetwear operates primarily on a pre-order model, meaning items are produced or sourced after orders are placed.
  

3. Pre-Orders

• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not held in stock at the time of purchase.
  
• Pre-order turnaround time is approximately 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  
• This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to supplier or production delays.
  
• Once pre-order stock arrives, orders will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible.
  

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise.
  
• Prices may change without notice.
  
• Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.
  
• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship New Zealand and Australia wide.
  
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
  
• New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post Tracked.
  
• Estimated delivery time within New Zealand is 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  
• All customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.
  
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier or external factors outside of our control.
  

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pre-orders, Lowcedout Streetwear has a strict no refunds and no returns policy for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

• We do not hold surplus stock.
  
• All sales are final once an order is placed.
  
• Please ensure you carefully review sizing, descriptions, and details before purchasing.
  

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at lowcedout@gmail.com so the issue can be assessed in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

7. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  
• Production or sourcing begins immediately after purchase.
  

8. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If an item is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy under NZ law.
